Rafting in the time of COVID

All Star Rafting is committed to providing fun, active outdoor rafting adventures for our guests! To address the presence of COVID in our country, maintain safety and minimize concern, we have integrated a number of measures following CDC and State guidelines to mitigate the exposure to our guests and guides.

Please read through this as there is important information for you to know before your trip.

Here’s What We Are Doing:

*Running private rafts only, groups will not be combined in rafts or at lunch.
*Increased cleaning and disinfecting measures have been integrated into our regular cleaning schedule.
*Bathrooms and other “high-contact” areas are cleaned and wiped down with CDC approved disinfectants often and throughout the day.
*Office staff and guides wear masks inside and/or when 6ft distancing is not possible.
*Vans and buses are wiped down between groups.
*Vehicle seating has been modified to increase the distance between driver and guests.
*Emphasis on cleaning boating equipment and gear before, during, and after trips.

Here’s What We Ask of You:

*When arriving at our office in Maupin we ask that you limit the number of people who come inside.  Please send in a single representative from your group or family. Dressing rooms will still be available.
*We request that you wear masks and maintain distance when inside our office.
*Our guests are required to wear a mask when in our shuttle vehicles. If you do not have a mask we have them for purchase.
*Masks are not required when on the river.

Social distancing– Our guides will maintain a 6ft distance in all possible circumstances.  However, there will be situations where this distance will not be possible.  Examples would be: In a raft, while serving food, when assisting a rafter back into the raft, administering first aid.

We appreciate your patience and understanding . If you have additional questions or concerns, please call our office at 541-395-2201.  Thank you!
