Cancellation Policy & Deposits
When you make a reservation with All Star we commit to holding spots just for you and often turn away other people because of limited space. If you have to cancel we are happy to refund if given required notice or if you find someone to fill your spot. It is imperative that we are notified of cancellations or any changes to your group size as early as possible. We do not want to charge people for not going rafting. Deposits are required within 2 days of booking your reservation or it will be cancelled. Please read on for a complete explanation of our deposit and cancellation policy. Guided Day Trips - $10 deposit per person
You deposit is fully refundable if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your trip. Cancellations between 2 weeks and 2 days before the trip forfeit the $10/person deposit. Payment in full is required 2 days before your trip and is not refundable. This includes an accurate count of the number of rafters.
Multi-Day Guided Trips - $100 deposit per person
Deposits are not refundable. Payment in full is required 28 days before your trip starts and is not refundable. This includes an accurate count of the number of rafters. If you are concerned about unexpected events leading to the cancellation of your trip you are encouraged to buy trip insurance. Try http://www.travelinsure.com/ or http://www.travelex.com/
Raft Rentals - $50 Deposit per reservation
For most rentals we require 2 days notice for cancellations. If your rental is on or goes over a Saturday in July or August we require 2 week notice for cancellations. Groups that cancel with less then the required notice are responsible for the full cost of the rental unless we are able to re-rent the rafts. This includes an accurate count of the number of rafts needed. Deposits are fully refunded when we are given the required notice for cancellation.
