Cancellation Policy & Deposits
When you make a reservation with All Star we commit to holding spots just for you and often turn away other people because of limited space. If you have to cancel we are happy to refund if given required notice or if you find someone to fill your spot. It is imperative that we are notified of cancellations or any changes to your group size as early as possible. We do not want to charge people for not going rafting. Deposits are required within 2 days of booking your reservation or it will be cancelled. Please read on for a complete explanation of our deposit and cancellation policy.
