Clackamas 1/2 Day Itinerary

Half Day Clackamas River Rafting

Our day begins with meeting us at the put in at 9:45 am or 1:45pm at mile marker 37 on Hwy 224.  Our guides will help you get your gear situated, and give an orientation and safety talk.  Once on the Clackamas River, your guide will show you the correct paddling techniques needed to navigate the river and to get the most fun out of your day of Oregon rafting.

We travel approximately 6 miles while running numerous fun rapids and enjoying the beautiful canyon.  Hole in the Wall, Armstrong, Carters Bridge, Sling Shot, Big Eddy, Rock and Roll, Toilet Bowl, and Bob’s Hole are the rapids of choice. In between the rapids there is the opportunity relax and enjoy the scenery as we float along in calm pools.

The river trip ends approximately 3 1/4 hours after our put in time.

If lost or late call (800)909-7238.

We meet on highway 224 at Mile Post Marker 37. To reach the rendezvous from I-205 use exit 12A.  Go east on Highway 224 towards Estacada through Carver.  Go through Estacada and continue SE on Highway 224 for 13 miles to mile post marker 37.  As you round a slight turn you will see a parking lot on your right with an All Sat Van.. Allow 60 minutes travel time from downtown Portland.
